Specifying an output folder (ImageReady)
If you include a Save Optimized step in your action or create a droplet from the action, you can specify the folder in which images are placed after the action is performed.
Note: In Photoshop, you can set an output folder when using the Batch command to process files. (See Using the Batch command (Photoshop).)
To specify an output folder:
- Select the action for which you want to specify an output folder in the Actions palette.
- Choose Insert Set Output Folder from the Actions palette menu, or click the Insert Step button
at the bottom of the palette and choose Insert Set Output Folder. - Select a folder, and click OK.
