Using the Index

The Index contains keyword entries followed by links to topics where the entry is discussed.

To find a topic using the Index:

  1. Click Index at the top of the Navigation frame.
  2. Letters of the alphabet appear at the top of the Navigation frame.

  3. Click a letter in the alphabet.
  4. Entries for that letter appear below the alphabet, followed by a numbered link for each occurrence of the entry in Help.

  5. To display a topic for an entry, click one of the numbered links at the end of the entry.

Tips

    • If you're using Internet Explorer or Netscape 6, you can display the title of a link's target by pointing (without clicking) on a numbered link. The title appears under the pointer.
    • Entries that appear in more than one topic have multiple numbered links.
